<특징 및 응용>

Agarose gel로 부터 100bp - 10,000bp 크기의 DNA를 추출하는데 사용10분동안 원심분리를 하면 agarose gel은 조각나고 압축되어 결과적으로 sequencing 이나 cloning하기 위한 DNA가 추출 됨.
간단하고 빠른 사용 방법
전체 DNA 기능에 손상 없는 추출
Cloning 이나 sequencing을 위해 별도의 정제 과정이 필요 없음

1. Excise the band of interest after routine electrophoretic analysis of PCR products or other DNA through an agarose gel. 2. Place the gel slice into the pre-assembled device.(Note: Protocol is not compatible with low melting point agarose.) 3. Spin at 5,000 x g for 10 minutes to extract gel slurry into filter cup. 4. DNA can be stored in the capped filtrate vial after discarding the sample filter cup and gel nebulizer.
